Big Brunch Platter

Two eggs poached your way atop toasted English muffin halves and fried ham.  Topped with Hollandaise sauce and served with home fries.

A fresh local haddock fillet, lightly coated in flour and pan-fried until golden and served with choice of side and vegetables of the day.

Chicken breast pieces in our own recipe marinade skewered with bell peppers and red onion, grilled and served with basmati rice, Greek salad, warm buttered pita wedges and our own tzadziki sauce.

Our version of this old-time favourite is served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and

homemade caramel sauce.

Two slices of melt-in-your-mouth beef liver with bacon, fried onions and beef gravy, served over mashed potato.

Scrambled eggs fried up with  bacon or ham, red & green peppers and onions.  Served between slices of Texas toast, with home fries on the side.
