A fresh haddock fillet is crusted with a pesto and parmesan cheese mixture, oven baked and served with vegetables andchoice of side.

Scrambled eggs fried up with  bacon or ham, red & green peppers and onions.  Served between slices of Texas toast, with home fries on the side.

Hot & crunchy Buffalo Chips topped with blended cheese, bacon bits & green onions, with your choice of dipping sauce.

With tomato, mushrooms, red onion and parmesan cheese instead of ham.
