Made with your choice of chopped bacon or ham, with cheddar cheese, onion,tomato and mixed peppers.  Served with Texas toast and home fries.

Scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese and green onions rolled up in a white or whole wheat tortilla,

with a side of home fries.

With tomato, mushrooms, red onion and parmesan cheese instead of ham.
