Scrambled eggs fried up with  bacon or ham, red & green peppers and onions.  Served between slices of Texas toast, with home fries on the side.

Cooked fresh in our kitchen, smothered in homemade gravy and served on white or

whole wheat bread, with choice of side and vegetables of the day.

Sauteed onions and bell peppers seasoned with fajita spice and served smoking hot on a sizzle platter with warm tortillas, sour cream, salsa and shredded cheddar on the side.

With tomato, mushrooms, red onion and parmesan cheese instead of ham.

Made with your choice of chopped bacon or ham, with cheddar cheese, onion,tomato and mixed peppers.  Served with Texas toast and home fries.
