Nobody makes it the way we do–our chef’s special secret recipe.

Scrambled eggs fried up with  bacon or ham, red & green peppers and onions.  Served between slices of Texas toast, with home fries on the side.

Chicken breast pieces in our own recipe marinade skewered with bell peppers and red onion, grilled and served with basmati rice, Greek salad, warm buttered pita wedges and our own tzadziki sauce.

Fresh vegetables sauteed with your choice of teriyaki, honey garlic or gluten-free Thai sweet chili sauce.

Two slices of melt-in-your-mouth beef liver with bacon, fried onions and beef gravy, served over mashed potato.

Two locally-sourced lean pork sausages served with mashed potato and topped with beef gravy.
