Scrambled eggs fried up with  bacon or ham, red & green peppers and onions.  Served between slices of Texas toast, with home fries on the side.

Cooked fresh in our kitchen, smothered in homemade gravy and served on white or

whole wheat bread, with choice of side and vegetables of the day.
