Beer Battered Haddock

Our version of this old-time favourite is served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and

homemade caramel sauce.

A full half pound of ground beef smothered in gravy and served on white or whole wheat bread, with choice of side and vegetables of the day.

Two slices of melt-in-your-mouth beef liver with bacon, fried onions and beef gravy, served over mashed potato.

A fresh haddock fillet is crusted with a pesto and parmesan cheese mixture, oven baked and served with vegetables andchoice of side.

Two eggs poached your way atop toasted English muffin halves and fried ham.  Topped with Hollandaise sauce and served with home fries.

Two locally-sourced lean pork sausages served with mashed potato and topped with beef gravy.
